Membership
A Dual Membership provides access to both BSC AWC and Capital Racquet & Fitness Center. A Tennis Membership provides daily court time at CRFC.
Daily Rates for Non-Members
- Infant (under age 1): Free
- Youth 1-12: $4.25
- Student 13-18 and College with ID: $5.25
- Adult 19-64: $7
- Senior 65+: $5.75
- Household (up to two adults and children high school age or younger): $20
- Turtle Beach Play Area: $2 per child, adult supervisors free

Pools
There is a program pool and an Olympic pool with a dive well.
Fitness Space and Activities
The 5,000-square-foot cardio and weight area features Matrix cardiovascular equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, Ascent Trainer®, recumbent and upright bikes, Krankcycle®, stair climbers, rowers) with personal viewing screens, Matrix circuit training equipment, a NuStep recumbent cross trainer, strength equipment, powerlifting platform, battle ropes, medicine balls, and more.

Turtle Beach Indoor Playground
Turtle Beach is a self-contained area with natural-looking climbing, a tunnel, and sliding elements. It also features poured-in-place rubber surfacing to mimic water and sand. Babies and young children can play on turtles, crocodiles, sandcastles, and a rowboat.
Fun Fitness Trail
Add some meaningful movement to your day with the Fun Fitness Trail. Jump, crawl, hop, and push on the colorful stickers for some active and engaging fun. This playful activity challenges your gross motor skills and provides lots of sensory input.
Retail Shop
Purchase swim goggles, swim caps, swim diapers, towels, and more at the front desk.
Nutrition Shop
