The 5.4-acre Elk Ridge Park was created as part of the City of Bismarck’s Neighborhood Park and Open Space Policy with developer Knutson Development. Grant support was provided by the Land and Water Conservation Fund through the North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department and Garrison Diversion Conservancy District.
