Hours

2025 Season: June 2-August 17

  • Monday-Thursday: 12:00-4:00pm and 4:30-8:00pm
  • Friday-Sunday: 12:00-7:00pm
  • Hillside lap swim Monday-Friday: 11:30am-12:30pm

Weather Closure Details

When weather threatens participants or lightning is spotted, pools will close. If the air temperature is not 66 degrees by 11:00am, pools will not open. If pools close during a session, you will receive a rain check (must be used during current pool season).

Admission

Session Swim Fee

  • Per person per session: $5
  • Per person per session with Hillside waterslide (must 48 inches tall): $6
  • Infants 11 months and younger: free
  • Hillside lap swim per person per session: $1

Coupon Books

  • 12 admissions: $50
  • 12 admissions with Hillside waterslide: $60
  • Purchase at the BPRD office, 400 E. Front Ave., or at the pools

Season Pass

  • Per person: $100
  • Per person with Hillside waterslide: $130
  • Purchase online or at the BPRD office, 400 E. Front Ave. You must visit the office to receive your pass card and have your photo taken. No refunds.
  • Save your pass card after the season – then reactivate it for the next outdoor pool season!

Rules

No outside food or beverages.

  1.  Always shower before using the pools.
  2. Children under age 8 or in a lifejacket must be accompanied by a person age 16+ in the water.
  3. Only U.S. Coast Guard approved lifejackets and swim aids are allowed.
  4. No inflatable floatation devices are allowed (includes water wings).
  5. SCUBA style masks that cover the nose are not permitted.
  6. Children under age 2 or children not fully toilet trained must wear a swim diaper (available at front desk).
  7. Swimming attire is required in the pool. Mesh shirts and nylon lycra swimwear is acceptable. Cutoffs, personal undergarments, and t-shirts are not allowed.
  8. Persons with open wounds, bandages, or skin conditions are not permitted to use the pools.
  9. Children age 6+ will demonstrate their ability to be in water 5 feet deep or greater by swimming 25 yards in the presence of a lifeguard.
  10. There must be two people age 16+ in the water for every 12 children under age 8 and/or in lifejackets (including birthday parties).
  11. Daycare ratio: 6 children per daycare supervisor (no exceptions)
  12. BPRD staff have the final decision for the safety of our patrons.
